Awarded the New Home Sales Specialist designation from the Edina Realty Builder’s Resource Group in 2005. Advanced training in all facets of new construction and allows agents to register their builders/developers with the Edina Realty New Homes Sales Division.

Awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Residential Sales Council in 1996. The CRS is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. To earn the CRS designation every realtor must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions as well as complete rigourous educational requirements. Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and to abide by its strict code of Ethics.
